COVID-19
Updated: January 4, 2021
To Our Patients And Community:
SCP is committed to keeping our patients, staff, and community members healthy and safe during this time. We are relying on guidance from national and local chiropractic associations and healthcare organizations to direct our decisions and actions (i.e. Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners).
As a result, SCP is currently open. Every individual entering our facility, patients and staff members, are required to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one for you. This policy will be enforced until further notice. We ask for your cooperation and understanding during this time.
We are closely monitoring recommendations and protocols established by the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as state and local health departments. We will communicate as soon as possible if decisions are changed in regards to COVID-19.
We highly recommend patients follow guidelines issued by the CDC, and if you are feeling unwell, please take steps to safeguard others and remain at home. To date, routine hygienic measures are the suggested best practice for prevention of viruses like the coronavirus.
Sanitation Policy:
We have implemented increased sanitation routines at SCP. Please see the following guidelines we're following:
-
Medical grade cleaning solution and disinfectant are used between each and every patient.
-
All linens or towels are disposed of or sanitized after every use.
-
Treatment tables are disinfected thoroughly between each and every patient.
-
Tools and all surfaces in the treatment rooms are disinfected after each patient.
-
All staff are washing their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds between each patient.
-
All staff are wearing masks during operating hours.
